My story

Let me tell you my own story about feeling better in my own skin and how I created my own workspace that I love to work in.

Let me tell you, my workspace wasn’t working for me either.

First I just used the kitchen table and got a good chair.

Now, constantly looking at all the household chores I still had to do didn't help me with my focus.

Then the table wasn't in the right height so even with a decent chair I was still sitting hunched over and experienced back and neck pain.

I realised pretty quickly that i had to do something and not only train my body in the gym while I was sitting at a desk and a room that wasn't working for me.

I treated myself to a height adjustable desk and an ergonomic chair. I moved my office space to a room that gave me joy and I added gadgets that were fun to use like a gaming mousepad with lights , a ergonomic mouse.

It was a blessing for my spine and my wellbeing. I love going to my office now because it “feels” good.

I still buy gadgets to enhance my experience or to change things up because my space needs to give me inspiration and motivation.
